Takes about 30 seconds — name, email and your birthday so we can remember it. 25 points land in your account the moment you join. Join here.

Pay with your normal card
The first time you pay with a credit or debit card, that card gets linked to your loyalty account automatically. From then on, every time you tap that card here — for breakfast, brunch, the carvery, takeaway, the lot — points are added without you doing a thing.

Redeem whenever you like
Cash your points in online when you order takeaway, or just ask the server when you're sitting in. There's no till at The Barn — every server has a handheld, so they can sort it at the table without you having to walk anywhere.

The card you signed up with is linked to your account — so when you tap to pay at the table (or check out online), points are added in the background. No mentioning, no asking, no app.
To redeem points online, sign in to our ordering site when you place a takeaway. To redeem in-restaurant, just tell the server how you'd like to use them — they have everything on their handheld and can sort it at your table.

Is The Barnyard free to join?
Yes — completely free. No sign-up fee, no annual subscription, no monthly cost.

Do I need an app or a card?
Neither. Once you've signed up, the first credit or debit card you pay with at The Barn gets linked to your account automatically — so every time you tap that card here, your points are added without you doing anything. No app to download, no plastic to carry.

How do I earn double points?
Two ways. Visit any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and your points double automatically. The same goes for takeaway orders placed through our online ordering website — 2× points, any day of the week.

Does it work on takeaway and delivery?
Yes — sign in with the same email you used to join when you order on the online ordering site and your points stack up just like they do in-restaurant. Online takeaway orders earn 2× points as a bonus.

How do I check my balance?
Use the lookup page — enter the email you signed up with and you'll see your points and any rewards waiting to be redeemed.

Do points expire?
Points stay on your account as long as you stay an active member. We'll let you know if anything's about to expire — we don't play games with the small print.

Can I earn or use points on the Celebration Menu?
No. The Celebration Menu and any other set-price group menu are excluded from the loyalty programme — both for earning points and for redeeming them. Everything else on the regular menu is fully included.

What about gift cards?
Gift cards don't earn loyalty points — neither when they're bought nor when they're used to pay. You can still buy them through our e-gift page — they make great presents on their own.

How do I cancel or delete my account?
Email info@thebarn.ie with the subject "Delete my Barnyard account" and we'll remove you from the system. No questions, no hoops.
